“Well, right now, I'm preparing 'ají mochero', a hot pepper from the Trujillo area, in Northern Peru. Actually, I'm in my workshop right now, and we are also cleaning some fish. So, we can smell the aroma of a Peruvian bluefish. And it's pretty strong. It's been around here since yesterday.”
