I already knew that stories are teachings. But what I'm learning from Daria, or better, what I'm reminded of, is the fact that games can be teachings too.
In addition to that, I learn a great deal from my conversation with Daria about a wide-ranging field of topics, including how to engage and educate children in a playful manner.
That's her way. That's who she is. Daria has seen so many things all over the world, so, why would she keep those experiences and observations to herself?
That's why she also tells me the story of a children's game, up, in Alaska, a so-called rain game that has the power of turning the ugliest and greyest day into a colorful experience of beauty.
